Terms & Conditions

1.    The Online Transaction of Mutual fund is a service provided by BSE Limited as BSE Star MF, BSE Star MF is responsible for the services in the process like payment transfer, order placement, order forwarding, order confirmation & all other services involved in the complete transaction cycle, here REDVision computer technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Sparo capital's role is limited to integration of the APIs only, Advisor/Distributor should contact to BSE Star MF for any type of issue related to MF Transactions services, Advisor/Distributor agrees if he/she requires any type of involvement of REDVision Computer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Sparo capital in above services it will have extra charges.

2.    I, Financial Advisor/Distributor understand the online mutual fund transaction through API integration involves many transactions protocol layers which are routed via presentation layer, servers & networks in which REDVision Computer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Sparo capital do not have any direct control hence REDVision Computer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Sparo capital cannot held liable for any damages or losses caused because of delay or failure in services.

3.    I am well aware of the cut-off time of transactions by my own sources of information and I also understand that there is a significant amount of time involved in the online transactions process, so I will take care of both before placing any order of any nature via Wealth e-office software. REDVision Computer Technologies Pvt. and Sparo capital Ltd. cannot held liable for any damages or losses caused because of any delay in order placement.

4.    Neither REDVision Computer Technologies Pvt. Ltd, nor BSE Star MF shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations, to the extent that such performance has been delayed, hindered, or prevented by systems failures, database query jam, network errors, delay or loss of data due to the above and in circumstances of acts of God, floods, epidemics, quarantine, riot or civil commotion, and war.

5.    REDVision Computer Technologies Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for the failure of the system or for any loss, damage, or other costs arising in any way including but not limited to the following reasons:

System failure includes failure of ancillary or associated systems, fluctuation of power, or other environmental conditions

Accident, transportation, neglect, misuse, errors, frauds of the clients or agents or any third party

Any fault in any attachments or associated equipment of the clients

Any incidental, special, or consequential damages including without limitation of loss of profit. The advisor/distributor/client further agrees to indemnify REDVision Computer Technologies Pvt. Ltd for any loss that may arise as a result of system failure, accident, or any of the reasons mentioned above.

6. REDVision Computer Technologies Pvt. Ltd does not accept any liability for delay in processing time at the BSE Star MF's or Mutual Fund's end.

7. It is explicitly stated herein that the Mutual Fund schemes offered online, have not been recommended by REDVision Computer Technologies Pvt. Ltd, or its affiliates or its sponsors.

8. It is Advisor/Distributor's responsibility to make the client/investor aware to read all the relevant offer documents and terms and conditions of all schemes of all mutual funds offered through the Online platform, BEFORE entering into any transactions through BSE Star MF via Wealth office.

9. Any request falling due on holiday would be processed on the next business day and respective NAV would be applicable as per the Mutual Fund's offer document.

10. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court at Indore, Madhya Pradesh only.

11. In-person Verification Permission: This online transaction facility platform is offered by Mutual Fund Distributor who owns the rights to enable or disable my registration on the platform, I hereby grant him permission to perform my in-person verification and fulfill all necessary compliance requirements on my behalf.
